Travel T.E.A.S.E. Trip Curator Services

Service Offerings:

I. Full Package: Travel TEASE Trip Curator Package: $274.97 per person.

OR

II.  A La Carte: Select your services à la carte from the menu:

A. Secure airfare (ex: identify which airline offers the fastest flight times, with minimal layovers, and pricing that includes seat selection, luggage & insurance, if desired) = $100.00 per person.

B. Secure lodging (ex: identify premium hotel or luxury villa with oceanfront views or in downtown area in walking proximity to sites, dining, and shopping) = $75.00 per person.

C. Daily activities/agenda (develop a list of daily activities, locations, start/end times, cost, and activities description) + book each activity for you. = $100 per person.

D. Daily delicious restaurants (develop a list of highly recommended dining options, locations, hours of operation, attire and reservation requirements (if any), menu review, and cuisine type) + make each reservation for you. = $75.00 per person.

E. Local drivers (identify local, trusted, and highly recommended drivers, or secure private transportation services to fit your group size. = $50.00 per person.

F. Airport transfers: same service as identifying local drivers, unless airport transfers are included with the lodging accommodations. *Some resorts and villas include airport transfers as a bundled option. However, select airport transfer services do not run 24 hours a day. which may be needed pending flight arrival and departure times). $50.00 per person.

G. One Group Organizing Conference Call:

1. Develop customized PowerPoint slide deck for your trip, outlining all flight, lodging, room assignments, dining, daily activities, pricing, and reminders (VISA and/or passport reminders, passport expiration date ck, currency exchange ordering reminders, eSIM cards, weather forecasts, check-in & download flight boarding pass reminders, review vaccine recommendations per country, country rules, packing reminders for color theme events (ex: all white night), etc).

2. Email virtual calendar meeting invitation to each paid attendee.

3. Conduct 60 min presentation + 30 min Q&A.

4. Provide transcript and video of meeting notes to all group members.

= $100.00 per person

*Pricing only includes the cost of the Trip Curator to perform the service. Actual cost from each restaurant, hotel, airfare, etc will be provided in an invoice. The Trip Curator’s payment is required before services commence. Once the Trip Curator begins to perform the service, there are no refunds.
